The Palm course needs another set of tees for the higher handicapped golfer.....5400+ yds from the white tees with lots of bunkers and moguls makes it very difficult. definitely needs red tees at 5000 total yards or perhaps a bit lett.

Wonderful layout, large quality greens, challenging pin placements, lots of sand, wide open fairways for the most part. would definitely play again. Course was a bit noisy being near the airport and one of the adjacent roads.

Very playable today.....we started after the course couples club championship was played and it was in excellent condition. Medium fast greens were very receptive and fairways/rough were good as well. 4-deer on the 11th tee box were laying down and eating the grass while resting. So very friendly. Definitely will play again!

We have played the course several times in the past and have always been pleased. We know it is in the wind zone and this time when we played it was very windy making playing conditions difficult. At times your ball would move on the greens and fall off the tees. But that is all OK as we recognize you cant control the wind. What they should have controlled was the grass. They opened play without cutting the rough or much of the fairways, only the greens had been cut. We experienced many places where the rough was well over our ankles. If they had told us the rough and much of the fairways had not been mowed, we would have waited another week to play.

The course was in excellent condition even though getting ready for overseeding.....very nice.

Very hilly, but if you played the appropriate tees, not too difficult. Overseeded 5 wks before, but was coming along very nicely. We were a twosome behind 2 foursomes, so a bit slow. Excellent views and would certainly play again.

We did not care for the course, many blind holes wth no indication of where to hit the ball. Also, a bit dangerous as other golfers could be hitting toward you and you had no indications. Greens were most elevated and "snow-coned".

We have played the Apple Tree course several times having visited from 3 hours away. It has always been a wonderful experience with a very high quality course and wonderful employees. We would highly recommend it to others.

We have always enjoyed Moses Pointe...the greens are gorgeous and true, with subtle undulations. Fairways were excellent as well. One difficulty we did have is that the flag location markers were very difficult to discern...eg. front, back, middle.

Course was in excellent shape....the 9s are quite different with the back 9 being very challenging. We played the 6000 yd tees, so it wasn't horribly long, but shots required good accuracy.

Overall we rate the course on the low-side. Whereas it has been well maintained in the past, this was not the case this time. The greens were very slow and bumpy, most of the pins have not been relocated since we played 2 weeks ago. Many of the wet spots are back from last month which suggests the fixes of the major wet spots were more cosmetic than lasting.

The front nine is outstanding......excellent condition, interesting to play. Very large greens somewhat undulating. Greens were in excellent condition as well.

The course was in great shape for this time of year here in the northwest. John and Karen greeted us at the door and gave us top level service!

A great traditional course, well maintained, great undulating greens, long for a challenge and requiring great approach shots and green side chipping.

a classic pete dye layout with lots of tricky rolls, bunkers, moguls, etc.

Difficult course. very good condition, excellent greens. Play was a bit slow. definitely would return.
