The course was in fantastic condition. I love the challenging factor between the front and back nine. What fantastic views from the tee boxes. Sand traps were in great condition and made play fun.

Pace of play was slow, people starting on the back nine played too slow and the people who started on the front nine had to wait. Grass around the greens are terrible, there are 4 different grasses around the green making chipping and running a ball onto the front of the green near impossible. The greens had way too many ball marks. Sand traps were overwatered and in some traps there were pool of water.

A shotgun tournament started on hole 7 an hour and a half after the first tee time. The pace of play drastically reduced upon reaching this group. All the course had to do was to have the shotgun start at the same time as the first tee time and this would have improved the pace of play. A little thought would have improved everyone's play and reduced the frustration level.

There are no starters, no marshals, the greens have ball marks that are not fixed. Pace of play was slow. Two holes on the back nine a par 4 and a par 5 the design does not allow a person to hit a driver. There is very little chance of hitting a par 5 in 2. Hole 11 there is a very little chance of reaching the hole in 2.
