No one there on Monday noon on beautiful day, fast round, greens ok but very slow, weeds for fairway and tee boxes. Layout ok and we liked no houses along tree lined fairways.

Nice hilly terrain for central Florida. Nice par 3 s with water carries. They badly need to police slow play issues and people starting out of turn. They cut back too far on staff for high quality care,
Trap sand needs refreshing, tightly packed sand.

Greens, fairways and traps in great shape. Course is scenic , interesting and not too tough.

Play time greatly exceeded their own std and no one seemed to care. Mentioned it to the rover and he just shrugged and said course was full.

Course is a little tricky and rewards precise drives on many holes. Greens are fast, smooth, and sloped. Don't get above the holes. This is challenging driving and putting course for sure. Green side sand traps need fresh sand or turning as sand is very compacted. Grass is poor on fairways and very good on greens.
