Overall, the course is a great place to play. We were told as we began our round that much watering was done recently and the course would be playing all carry and no roll. OK, then it poured on us for basically the front 9. Hey, its Florida. So were soaked. The course wasn't. The greens rolled amazingly well. No puddles, still fast and true. Overall, the course drained well. Sure, there were wet spots but no standing water... a few plugged shots but thats ok, just had to look harder to find the ball. The layout makes it challenging yet fun. Its not a long course but you can easily find trouble with the water and bunkers. Off fairway shots can find you in trouble. It was somewhat slow, but not going to fault anybody, we all paid our money, everyone deserves to play. We enjoyed our day, the staff was really guest service oriented. That's a bonus because sometimes you go to courses and get mistreated, not here. We would go back.

This isn't our 1st time playing here, this year it is. The course was in really good shape. The greens had minimal bare spots, rolled well. The fairways were in good shape too. Overall, the course played tough. It was windy, but just added some teeth, especially on the par 3 5th hole which was playing 188 from the markers. We were behind a twosome which were a little slow, once we passed them ( they played 9 holes only) we had no groups in front of us. I can't wait to go back, maybe play the Legends course. We have seen a significant improvement over the past 8 months. The management team sure has the golfers in mind now, they ensure that the round is enjoyable, so thank you to them.

Course keeps improving each round we play there. The pace of play was excellent. I realize the grounds need to some time to get back to normal, looking forward to when the tees are back to the regular spots. The fairways are growing in and the greens are rolling nicely. Looking forward to our next round there.

Overall, it was a great day. Weather was perfect. The course was in good shape. Greens were rolling well. Not a lot of brown damaged spots. Quite happy overall. Just one bad thing, a 5some was playing 2 groups ahead of us. We caught them at the 8th hole. They wouldn't let the group ahead of us go through & they had an open hole or 2 in front of them. Nothing we could do, just stuck. After we finished the round, we asked. We were told the Marshall warned them but they wouldn't listen. Ok, so why is the Marshall in place? It was just frustrating having to sit & wait while this group slowly played. Argh!

we played this course many times. Each time I play here, I think...Wow! if only somebody would put money into this course, it would be a hidden gem!. There are many great holes. The greens are in good shape, the fairways could use some work though. The tee areas are in decent shape. Its a no frills course. One thing I would suggest to fix asap, the carts. I will continue to play here, just because the layout of most of the holes are great.

Each time I play this course, its a different experience. One constant though... the wind. I have never played this course without wind. Thats ok though. This course is a challenge. The greens are in great shape. One of the perks of playing here are the views of the area. Not many courses in the area have the elevation changes that this course has. The 9th hole is my favorite, it is an intimidating tee shot from the back tees. The 2nd shot uphill into the green isn't easy either. Great course, always recommended and when we have visitors, we take them here.
