I play here once a year when in Florida and the greens are for seniors that have lost the feel in their putter. They are 25% slower than any neighboring courses. Of course up hill and down hill putts are about 50 to 60% faster or slower than you would expect. Just plan on some major adjustment from normal.

This is a great golf course. It is challenging and I would not recommend it for casual golfers. It will eat you up. The greens hold well and most are raised so your ball will not roll on. Traps and water protect the greens on almost every hole . Love the challenge of this course. Bring your A game or a lot of balls.

We enjoyed an afternoon round and as a threesome had little wait time. The greens were a little hard to read but held approach shots well. Fairways were a little dry and of course Florida grass is not like up north.

Perfect golf weather in November but we were not impressed with this course. Greens were in good shape and held iron shots well. My threesome is seniors so we played the forward tees and found no real challenge in the boring layout. Views are OK if you like being on top but we were all skiers so being on top is no big deal. The fairways are wide enough to offer a good target area off the tee. We didn’t think this course offers any better experience than other Gull Lake courses.

Played this course a lot 3 years ago and it was great. LPGA Jr. tournament course. Florida Senior Men's league course. Now it has poor maintenance, dirty, eroded, the whole housing community has gone down hill. We were so saddened to see the deterioration of this once premier golf course and community.

First play in three months and a great warm up course for a couple of weeks of golf in Florida. Greens adequate to get you used to local grass.
