Cart paths weave thru housing but not too many homes near the holes. Tricky layout at times. Good conditions for the money

excellent layout with very fast greens. might be too difficult for high handicappers. Lots of sand, water. trees, and brush. The grass was thin but still played well.

Good public course. Some tricky holes. Some plain holes. Water on 16 of 18 holes with some long carries . Pretty good greens.

One. Of the best mid priced in the area. Maybe too dificult for high handicapers. Good deals on golf now.

Excellent coarse for the right price. Fast and smooth greens. Running about 11.

The course has improved from years past but there's better for the money, the greens were slow and bumpy but are better than 2 years ago when last played. I wouldn't go south of my way to play it.

most waste bunkers i ever saw. Only few greensides, Less in play than they appear from the tees. Large rolling hills for Fla. Not a course 4 u if u can't play fairway/waste bunkers. Very interesting and fun to play. Greens played better than they looked.

good course and great conditions Played Jones 18.(champions).
A little more open than Hills (legands)

medium to wide fairways with a few trees in the rough. Solid course with good conditions. I did'nt eat there. Will play again on next vacation

Very goog conditions, If u can't drive straight, every hole could be a lost ball or penalty from lateral hazards. Better to play a tee forword from ur usual. Not for high handycappersVery chalanging

greens were ok. Typical flat Fla coast course. Bunkers were difficult because of all the new sand added to them. So much sand You're feet wound sink into the deep soft sand. I guess that;s why they added a 2 buck extra "course improvement charge" to the green fees. ok to good overall. My third or forth choice in the Daytona area

Nice layout. Donald Ross design built after he passed. Condition were'nt as good as the past. Mostly the greens. The price may reflect the conditions. The green shapes and bunkers make the course. Still enjoyed it.

The greens. if u can call them that, were terrible. We should have asked for a refund. The layout is ok but I wont be back until I see a review that the greens are very good. I'll wait a year or more.

Good conditions. Fair but difficult. 18 is a killer.
