The course layout is good.. you can use almost every club in the bag depending on tees played. I have played a number of times and had a great time.. This past week it seems as if the greens need a little more attention as there are dead spots popping up on and around the edges..
One small note.. is when you make the turn the person working behind the counter needs to move a little faster . Golfers don't have a lot of time to wait for food or service, a little hustle would be appreciated..

This was our first time playing this course and we will definitely be back. For a public golf course it was in good shape.. the greens were a little slow but in good shape as well. The layout is actually very scenic and forgiving so all levels can enjoy it.. I'm glad we found it...

Upon arrival at the Pro Shop we were greeted with a sign at the front door that said " Holes 4 & 6 are closed due to bunker work". When we booked the tee time nowhere did it state the course had two holes completely closed. After expressing our dismay with the Pros Shop about not being informed they offered us a small bucket of balls as compensation( which we used). Upon exiting we also heard that the staff member was "probably" going to get in trouble for offering the free bucket. So after hitting balls off to the first tee we go... only to be told by some players making the turn that in fact everyone was starting on # 10 (again no one told us at Pro Shop...not a good a first experience).SO we turn around and scramble to # 10 to tee off...
When we finally made the turn on to #1 we were greeted with a small army of grounds crew in the fairway repairing, I believe a bunker. Being good souls we waited on the tee for some type of signal to show they saw us and we could tee off...what we got was someone yelling ""Are you going to hit the ball from mid field. Not the customer experience you would expect . Once we got past them we finished our round and went on our merry way. Interestingly as we played we couldn't understand why they were repairing bunkers and closing holes when the rest of the course needed a lot more attention. Like maybe spraying for Fire ants which abound around the greens...just my opinion., W e came... we played.. we won't be back..

Overall the course is a nice track.. It is very forgiving on most holes and I would recommend it to anyone.. The course could use a little more maintenance in some areas as well as the carts. We ended up going thru 3 carts on this round.. which from past experience seems to be a fluke... Overall very playable and we will be back again.

I have played this course numerous times and it allows you to "get away with" an errant tee shot on most holes.. The course was in very good shape when we played and the greens were fast and true. It plays long from the blues and you will get your monies worth. The staff is friendly, and willing to help and we will definitely play it again in the very near future..
