Very slow play - had 3 groups of 4-somes waiting at tee box much of the day. No marshall out on the course and groups were joining up making 6-somes and slowing play even more. Tried alerting clubhouse and got attitude. Course is not in good shape, but not the worst either.

Wish I had known the condition of this course prior to booking a non-refundable tee time. Lots of bare spots due to flooding. The back nine has a few holes where the tee box had to be moved due to the damage - starting with turning a par 5 into a par 4, and then finishing up with 2 80-yard par 3s.

No snack bar or cart person either, so bring your own coffee/water/snacks.

Really enjoyed playing here. They weren’t quite complete with resanding the fairway bunkers, but local rules made the unfinished bunkers play as “ground under repair”.
