This course is average, the price is good compared to the competition. The drainage of the course could be improved, as we had spots on the fringe that were sloppy. The greens are SUPER SLOW. You put downhill and the ball will stop mid hill. The clubhouse doesn't have much other than polo shirts. The shoe selection is lacking unless you have child sized feet. I'd play here again, because even with the issues, you can't beat the price.

We had to wait 20 minutes past our tee time for a cart. Pace of play was 5hrs for 18 holes. Greens were patchy but rolled okay.

We had several groups backed up in front of us looked like several 2-somes that slowed play. The 4-some behind us got impatient and kept hitting into us. This sounds like sour grapes, but bad etiquette is bad etiquette. They then complained and we were "corrected" by the staff, guess it's who you know. So my suggestion would be to hit into the slow groups, as that appears to be the way there.

This course has very poor drainage. I'm sure paying it during the dry months is fine, but both trips were a muddy mess. Be warned, wear dark clothes and bring a towel.

Poor drainage around the course, so you had a lot of standing water and mud. Golf cart looked like someone took it off roading and damaged the right body panel. Parking was a nightmare. Staff was very friendly, pace of play was abysmal. We took 6hrs to play 18 with a quick 30 minute lunch break. If play it again under better conditions, it is challenging.
