Course needs maintenance
Course not in good shape. Sand traps are firm with grass growing in them. Need new sand in sand traps. Prices have gone up recently under new ownership. One of the workers at the course told me player volume is down and I suspect that is due to thde price increases and poor condition of the course. Ownership would do well to lower rates and gain more players. Also, better maintenance of the course is needed.
