The positives-- the greens were excellent- relatively smooth, nice and quick. Solid layout.

The negatives- tee boxes and fairways were cut too high and thin on grass. There were too many weeds around the greens and rough. Not in good enough condition for the price. I remembered this course being in much better shape. The pace of play was really slow--3 hours for the front nine.

Positives-- almost everything!!!! Excellent shape, fantastic layout, caddie-- Adam was a great help to our group!!

Negatives- the greens are quick and undulating and can be extremely challenging. (the greens at St Andrews were slower and less undulating-- well, almost :-) This can also be a positive for some players.
