The value is moderate. Don't make me pick between Poor & Great.
Great layout and views. Currently, greens are too hard and fairway grass is spotty in too many areas. Its just late March, so it will improve. Need to marshall the pace of play. 2 weeks ago it was 6 hrs. Last week it was 5 hrs. Doesn't seem to be any consideration of this aspect by the course mgmt.
