Nice rolling terrain with interesting, and very different, holes.
18 could stand to be a little stronger? Maybe push the tees back a bit.

Need efficient marshals to move those taking forever along or step aside. 5 hours is just way too long and detracts from a great course

Course under going over seeding but in good shape
Greens smooth but soft; very slow uphill pretty quick down
Plays really long as many uphill drives and greens
Must drive well to play the course from black or gold even only 6400-6600

Even playing through fairways lined with homes, this is a great course.
You should always allow walking; I would play much more often if walking was always available.
