Enjoyed a round at Duran Sunday afternoon. Got out on time as a single paired with a father and his 14 year old son. Course was in great shape and greens running at moderate speed. Great layout that doesn't penalize you too much on miss hits. Was amazed at the 14 year old playing from back tees was reaching the par 5's in two going for eagle every time. He hit most greens in regulation and getting inside 10 ft of pin on approach shots. At any rate it is one of the better courses in Brevard County.

Enjoyed the round at Lacita. Lots of improvements made to the course over the last few years. Staff always friendly. Greens were rolling fast.

Unfortunately it was raining the entire round at Eagle Dunes the morning we played. It was still enjoyable round as the course has lots to offer with the layout including plenty of elevation changes, doglegs, and shots requiring carry over water hazards. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as the internet was down early in the morning and we were allowed to tee off on time and pay for the round at the turn when the internet was back on line. Fun course to play and will definitely be a return customer.

It had been many years since I played the course and had forgotten what a great layout along with the elevation changes it is. It had been raining many hours before the round but found the course drains really well so there was no influence experienced on the course. The staff at Black Bear are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Really enjoyed the round and definitely will be back sooner rather than later to play again even though my residence is about 80 miles away.

Always a fun course to play. Been a while since my last round at Duran and the only reason I did not rate it five stars is the greens need some work. As a special note it was obvious they had been aerated within a month but it appeared there was a little more to it than that.

Course layout is great, a few dried out areas around the course primarily due to drought. Greens running fast and could be rolled to reduce slight bouncing in areas. Had a tournament earlier in the day and got backed up a little with carts and tee times. Nice practice chipping and putting areas. Have to use mats for range area. Nice course to play for the money.

The course has a great very challenging layout and day of play high winds added some difficulty to play. An accident on I95 resulted in delay getting to course and the staff was very accommodating to the situation. The folks working at the course are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Had a nice meal at their restaurant following the round and the food and service was as good as it gets.

Layout was nice, some greens need a little work. Fun day out with friends.

Played Duran course many times in the past and have always enjoyed rounds based on fun layout and condition of the course. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Played on Aug 22 and the greens had been punched recently with not much sand to fill the holes. Made a somewhat challenging effort to putt as the ball would wobble severely regardless of where you were putting from. Played with another pair who had never played the course and they indicated they were very disappointed and probably would not be back. I informed them that usually it is one of the best maintained courses in Brevard county but on this day it was a let down. Probably should have provided discounted rates based on the current condition.

Duran Golf Club is always in great shape and has a nice but somewhat challenging layout making it a fun place to play a round of golf. The greenskeeper really made it a lot tougher on the greens for this round as most pins were placed in the most difficult positions possible. Made for an interesting putting situation.

It was cart path only on the day I played due to heavy rains the day/evening before. Many bunkers were filled with water as the course had not dried out yet. Course has lots of doglegs, some elevation changes, and shots over water to add a challenge making it a fun layout. Conditions have been improving over time. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

Fun place to play, challenges presented where water, and doglegs come into play. Have a few elevation changes as well that is nice considering most courses around the area have none. Did have a slow down of pace because a tournament was held earlier but only slowed pace on a few holes.

Course is in great condition, only exception was that the greens were punched for aeration and was not made aware of it prior to booking. Other than punched greens the course is fun to play with doglegs, carries over water, and sand traps to add some challenge. New bulkheads installed have improved course in areas where your shot has to carry water. Overall a course worth playing.

This golf course is a pleasure to play with a little of everything in the layout to keep you on your toes. Doglegs, elevation changes, and greens over water come into play. All of the staff are really friendly and accommodating. They recently acquired new golf carts. The price range for green fees are some of the best on the Space Coast and a value compared to others.

I use to play Mystic Dunes quite often over a few years ago when it was in immaculate condition and loved it because the layout is incredible. Then Integrity took over management of the course and it became a disaster in very little time. Not sure where the management firm got it's name but it surely did not match. I stopped going because the conditions of the course were the worst I had ever seen on any course. I started reading reviews lately and it seems they changed the property management firm and decided to give it a try again. I have to say they are making great progress on restoring the course. The greens and fairways are coming back and the layout is as spectacular as it was in the past. They had aerated the greens recently so they were playing as you would expect a bit difficult but still reasonable. They have made a lot of improvement around the course extending the concrete cart paths throughout the course. All in all a great place to play once again.

Played the course a few months ago and the conditions were great at that time. The new layout of the course is fun and moderately challenging. Now for my recent play a week ago, they had cart path rules in place and not because the course was damp because it was dry at the time I played but the reason I believe is because the fairways were in really bad condition. Lots of dried out patches throughout. Guess they are trying to get the fairways to come back to life for the winter golfers. Overall, the staff are very friendly and do not push you to valet park as self park was an option. The course provides range balls with your green fees which is very nice and their practice facilities are great. Overall the $35 green fees were not a bad deal that I got on a hot deal but if I had paid the $79 afternoon green fees the course was charging in the summer for the conditions of the course I would consider it sub par.
