Will not play again

My daughter is getting married this weekend and I had family in town from out-of-state. This was one of the few places that I could get a teatime and host my family. I have golfed here before and enjoyed it but it was quite some time ago. Had I known the conditions were going to be as bad as they were, hard pan ground that I was afraid to break my clubs trying to hit on just off of the fairways, no sand in the bunkers and filled with weeds, and just a not very pleasant experience at all and quite frankly was embarrassed bring in my family there. Arizona is known for its great golf and this was a horrible experience for my family and myself. For that type of rates and to charge winter rates for a horribly maintained course is awful.

Maybe for you a 4.5 hour round of golf is fine, but for the rest of us it is not. NO reason to play anything longer than 3 hours. Don't come back, slow play sucks for everyone behind you.

Dear u350305387,

Thanks for taking time to provide some insight into your experience with us. We'll be sure to get with the team on our Player Assistant's approach, which I do apologize for on this occasion, but hope you appreciate the importance of pace of play and our emphasis on monitoring this for all our guest to ensure a great experience.

Kind Regards,

Steve Outlaw, PGA
