Coyote Run Golf Course
Played On 08/21/2020Can Someone Teach People to Repair Their Ballmarks
Coyote Run is a nice track - a little on the short side even from back tees. It was in good shape for the most part but greens ran really rough because players don’t know how to repair ballmarks in greens.

The course was basically in good shape but they need to provide a lesson to their patrons on how to fix ball marks on greens, they were plentiful. Greens rolled nicely but most were relatively flat, not a lot of undulation with Sunday pin placements. Black (back) tees are mandatory for low to mid handicappers with most of the extra yardage (6,900) coming on par 5's and a couple of longer par 4's (only 3 over 400 yards from back tees). #9 is an amazing hole from back tees as your drive has to thread a narrow opening about 75 yards off tee and a cut is necessary to find fairway.

I had never played here before but enjoyed it. Course was in very good position and pace of play was awesome, finished in 3.5 hours. Not a lot of length but back tees allowed for a good enough challenge with some tight fairways and difficult doglegs. Greens were fast / hard but fair.

The course was in poor shape and very gimmicky. The rough was patchy and ground far too hard
There was a three group backup on a par three on the back nine
