Interesting layout. Wasn't expecting so many surrounding houses. Greens in great shape. Fairways had many dirt patches. Traps were all devoid of sand and considered under repair. Tight landing areas on some holes - tricky for first time playing. Great value overall, but could use a bit of TLC.

Course is in pretty good shape - greens are near perfect, but fairways are a bit patchy - winter rules on the fairways with your partners would be a good call. Booked a great price through Golf Now.
Strange 3-group pile up on the 2nd tee, but it eventually smoothed out and played slow-ish, but not bad.

Nice course, in great shape. Greens firm and fast. Traps a bit closer to dirt than sand and not anywhere you want to be. Some fairways were pretty tight and it didn't take much of a miss off the tee for the ball to be gone into the brush. Rough pretty thick in places even not far off the greens - I think a bit too challenging for the average player. Expect a challenge if not highly accurate with your shots.

I've had better rounds and the course conditions have slipped a tad since the last time I played. Pace was slower than usual, paired with a slowish older couple and following slowish foursomes - guys playing blue tees when they shouldn't be and taking EVERY putt, probably betting on the round or skins. No Marshals evident. I found too many traps and most of them were in poor shape - nearly all of them were super wet - irrigation patterns need to be adjusted to keep water out of the traps. Fairway grass was hard, but OK. Greens were in good condition. A good round at a great price, but could have been better with a few small tweaks from the management.
