Played on a Saturday afternoon and the course was great for the price. It’s a decent length and challenge for me, but also lots of wide open space which is good for my boyfriend because he’s brand new to the game. Only complaint, it took 2 hours, 20 minutes for us to walk 9 holes. We waited on EVERY hole except #8 which is just kind of a drag.

We played on a Friday evening. Not too busy though the people in front of us had a wild shot that hit our cart. Then another person almost hit us as well and also a young kid tried to sell us lost balls that he had found. Such an odd mix of things..! The sun is setting earlier and we actually couldn’t play the 9th hole because it was too dark, but it was a good length and a fairly wide open course.

A friend and I played on a Monday morning. We’re both bogey golfers and we had a good time. Pace was pretty slow as I believe we were behind a league, but only about 2-3 minute wait per tee. It’s a short course, (we only used our drivers on 2 of the holes) so it’s nice to work on irons and the ever important short game. Thus course is by far the best value around town and since it’s shorter a pull cart is perfect and that really keeps the price down.

No one in front of us or behind us and it’s also wide open which we both love. The course seemed to be in good shape and the layout was good as well. We’ll definitely come back!

I’m a bogey golfer and my boyfriend is brand new to the game. It’s a very short mostly par 3 course so it’s excellent to work on irons and the short game. It seemed to be in good shape, though the tee boxes were a bit bald. Also despite arriving promptly for our tee time, we waited probably 20 minutes to tee off as there was a back-up somehow. But once we got going, the pace of play was great - no waiting at all. Only other thing was that the houses are SO close to the course which made both of us nervous (like I said, he’s a beginner and his shots are unpredictable). Luckily we caused no damage!

Lots of bunkers and weeds made the course feel pretty narrow and that added a nice challenge. Good pace of play and for how dry it’s been, the course was in good shape. Covid-19 protocols were appropriate and the staff was nice. Somewhat pricey for a midday round, especially given that it’s in the metroparks, but alas.

My boyfriend and I went here late on a Friday and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had no one in front of us, no one behind us and the course is wide open which I love. It’s been rainy here, but the course was in great shape. We’ll definitely come back!
