i made my reservation at the course website (Mattawang). I called to cancel 24 hours +to cancel and get a credit on my card. i was told to go to Golfnow.
Called by phone, automation told me to go to the website. Which then told me to go to reservations page to cancel and get credit. Because I did not make the resevation at Golfnow there was no record of my tee time to cancel. It then said go to "Chat" which i did for two days and it never started.
I called the golf course again to be sure they knew i could not make the tee time.
My credit card was charged by Golfnow and I have no way to get refunded.
