What a treat to play. Course and greens were very good. Staff and amenities were great !!

Greens were awful and there was no warning about the punched greens. Bunkers are not playable. We knew the bunkers were bad and play them as ground under repair. Cannot play greens right after they have been punched and sanded.

Will be very good when the grass greens up in a few weeks. Greens were very good and not as fast as the ones that are dormant right now.

Other than the bunkers, this course is good overall. Greens are much improved.

Very good course conditions. Do not let the recent flooding scare you away.

Really nice course overall. Back nine is much tougher than the front. Forced carries on the back nine place a premium on driving and solid approaches. Several bunkers had rocks everywhere in them, which keeps me from a five star rating.
Staff was very friendly.
I do hope to play again when back in town.

I used to play this course years ago and it went downhill and I stopped playing it. The past year or so it is back in very good shape. My only real complaint is the greens are very firm and may be almost unfair in the summer months when things get dry. I hit a very high spin tour quality ball and expect the ball to stop with quality shots, but that cannot be expected consistently on these greens.
Fun course to play, but need to keep the driver in the bag as you cannot overpower this course. Hit hybrids or fairway woods on most tees to score well. Stay below the hole on #'s 3,4, 10, 11 & 16 to minimize your chances of a three putt.

It was nice playing greens that were not dormant, but they were bumpy and inconsistent. The rest of the course was "rock" hard.

Would love to get this course back in the rotation, but there are too many washed areas and rough patches. The greens are good, and the track is also very good, but the overall course conditions otherwise are poor. I will not be returning until I know they have turned this once very good course back around.

Always enjoy this course. The greens are very good. The fairways are very fast and firm. Surprising given the rains.

Amazingly dry and playable given the epic rains. Carts were allowed off the path and most courses are not allowing this. Greens held and rolled great. Be aware the rough is unforgiving until they can mow those areas.
I don't mind driving from NRH to play this course as the price is right and the BBQ is very good !

Front nine was open and the back nine is much tighter. Need to be below the pin on most of the greens. There is a lot of undulation on the greens.

Hard to beat Grapevine for quality golf. Would rather pay less than $50, but we keep going back because this is one of the top public courses in DFW. If they could ever figure out the 19th hole, they would have quite a venue.

Fun course to play. Generous fairways, but no room off of fairways if you hit an errant drive/shot.

Hard to beat the setting and course conditions. Well worth the drive.
