The grounds are in terrible condition. The cart paths are full of caverns. The greens are slow and unrven

The layout is pretty standard. Only one interesting hole....number14. The problem lies in the rough....if you can call it that. Off the fairway is dirt, hard pan and crabgrass. Not good

The fairways and greens are in good shape and the layout has some interesting and challenging holes. The bad news is that they don’t overseed the rough and it is hard as a rock and sparse. Really hard to hit out of

The course is shorter than most but interesting hole layouts. Need to make accurate second shots. Challenging. Course in good shape for this time of year. Worth a visit

The course condition was surprisingly good for this time of year. The biggest issue is the layout. The two nines feel like they were designed by two different people. Either that or they ran out of room. Some strange layouts on the back side and the front starts with a Par 5 followed by a Par 4 with water that has 3 groups on the same hole.

For a quality resort we we're very disappointed in the Adobe course. The facilities are dated, the fairways were bare in many places and the greens were covered with pine needless nd they were bumpy and slow. We won't go back.

We played two weeks before over seeding so conditions were not the best. The rough is Bermuda and it is long and deep. Easy to lose balls since they nestle down and you can only see the very top of the ball. You can only move the ball a short distance out of this rough.

The layout is nice.....typical Palmer. Trapped well, raised greens and lots of water. The greens were hard to read ,and there was no sand in the bunkers. The false front on most greens requires an extra club.

The facilities are worn and "cheesy". Must be the only place on the Valley with gas carts!!!

Excellent condition. Pace of play slow. Crowned greens need an extra club. Greens difficult to judge since mountains come in to play and influence most putts. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

This is a Troon managed course and, as always, they are in excellent condition. the North course requires shot placement on approach shots. Fairways are wide and fairly forgiving. Greens were plugged and slow.
