Stonewolf Golf Club
Played On 09/05/2021Needs some TLC
Let’s hope the Golden Bear doesn’t come visit his signature course next week when he is in town. A fun course but it needs some major work. There are an abundance of bunkers but all are unplayable so it doesn’t play the way it was designed. Fairways are very nice and mowed tight which is great! Tee boxes are just ok. Greens are also decent for the amount of play they receive and roll fairly fast which is a plus!
Forest Park Golf Course - Red Bud
Played On 07/14/2019Slow play
The slow play and lack of monitoring by staff makes this course unplayable on a weekend. Regardless of what openings are shown on this app the course is always jam packed. Clubhouse sends out groups and does not monitor when they tee off, what the group looks like 1,24,5 whateversome, and no checking to see if people are keeping up. 3 hours in and quit on 10th hole. It is disappointing because I like the course in beautiful forest park. My suggestion is to wait until your next tournament out there and avoid it for normal play.
Far Oaks Golf Club

One of my favorite courses in the STL area. Course is in good condition, tee boxes, fairways and greens. Sand traps need some work especially fairway bunkers.
Far Oaks Golf Club
Played On 7/21/2013Good Course could be Great
Far Oaks is well maintained and has some very interesting tee shots. One of my favorite course to play. Greens are well protected with bunkers. The bunkers need some work and the greens have quite a few ball marks, other than that the course is in GREAT Shape. No Marshall on a Sunday was an interesting choice. When we arrived the course was wide open, however 4 groups went off in front of us. One group was 2 - 3somes that were playing quite slow..
