Mt.Woodson is a pretty short course but don't let that fool you into thinking it is easy. It is actually quite difficult if you don't have your A-Game. You need to play it a few times before you can score really well. But all in all it is a challenging but fun round of golf.

Approximately a year ago Carlton Oaks had a disaster when many of their greens were virtually destroyed. I have played there three times in the past month and all the greens are in good shape and will get better. The greens currently have bent grass which will eventually turn to poa annua like most of the other courses in this area. If you want a challenge for your golf game, this is a good course for it.

Mission Trails is an adequate golf course that has some interesting holes. The greens are usually in pretty good shape but some of the fairways need work. The on course rangers do a good job interacting with the golfers.
