Course is in excellent shape, but greens were running rough. Need to be patient but at time there are few risk/reward holes to be had.

Course is in ok shape. Tee boxes and fairways need some love and pace of play was slow. But, it’s a good track and worth the drive!

Like the track, challenging and rewarding. Work on some greens, boxes, and fairways needs to be done. However, I do like this course and will play it again.

Course was not in good condition, greens were recently sanded, and fairways were in need of TLC. Also, it was not worth $70!!!!

Like playing this course, challenging but not overly difficult. Need work on the greens, especially the front nine and parts of the fairways need some loving as well. Worth the money to play!

Played course twice before and it was average at best; today it was excellent! I would definitely recommend this course to anyone that was a challenge with high risk/reward opportunities!

I have played course when it was and when it was down. Course was in great shape but greens need some work, which I saw was being done. Track is challenging but does offer a few risk/ reward opportunities.

Duran is a very challenging course, especially in the back nine; when it’s windy, the difficulty increases. However, it’s a pleasure to play and definitely would highly recommend playing Duran.

I played the course six weeks ago and the course was in such bad shape,I thought it was on the verge of closing. However, I played it today and what a great improvement! The tee boxes, fairways, traps, and greens were in great shape! My hat is off to the hard work that was done to bring the course back to were it is now in my top three courses to play the Palm Coast, Daytona Beach area!!!!!

Greens were PGA fast, strong wind would have moved the ball. Fairways spare but still manageable but track challenging and takes a clubs in your bag to perform.

Love this course but it has taken some hits regarding course condition. But, they have done a lot to improve it and if they continue, it would be a top five in central Florida.

Customer service very lacking, especially from the Starter and Marshall. Both were rude when we addressed our concerns about pace of play and how the starter pace the players from the first tee box. Both were not receptive to our concerns and blame the business of the course. We will drop this course from our rotation!!!!

This once nice course is gone to pot. Fairways and sand traps need lots of work, along with the tee boxes. Greens were above average but is sad they let’s this course go; don’t waste your money!

Every time I come back and play, see more and more improvements. The rain has caused havoc on the sand traps and greens were punched, but still enjoyed the round!

First, the driving range and putting green next to the first tee was blacked off for the privileged, kneeling NBA players, and the tee time ahead of us was late and the started didn’t allow us to go. However the course in great shape would play it again.

Top three course in Orlando! From tee box to green great shape greens ran 9 on scale. Worth price!!!
