No matter what time we have played course is usually wet. Greens true and much more fair than sister course Silver Creek.

Played On 05/29/2021Pace of play painful...
Over 3 hours to finish front nine. Pushed too many groups out to fast for no reason. We were pushed out 15 minutes early just to wait at 1st tee. No cart service on Memorial Day Saturday.
Course in better than I expected shape. Still asking too much for the amenities.

Starter was an awesome guy. Cart girl was very friendly as well. Guy who checked us in at pro shop had zero customer service skills.
Greens in terrific shape. Wide fairways. Some tee boxes and fairways were rough but this is August.
Biggest issue were all sand traps hard as a rock. Not sure how summer heat makes bunkers not taken care of.

Four Peaks Course at Sunland Springs Village
Played On 06/21/2020Temporary Shut It Down
Course should be shut down until there is a sight of green grass. Every tee box is mud. Every fairway is 75% mud. A pair of twosome was paired was supposed to go in front of us. One twosome added a player without telling shop. So they went out in front of twosome slowing us down all day. I let staff no, but didn't care. Awesome. No wonder it was only course available to book on Father's Day late Saturday. Won't be back.

Played On 04/28/2020OK for Price. Slow pace of play
Not sure a Marshall could have even fixed the slow pace of play. With the number of pat 3's and even short drive able pat 4s the delay is inevitable. Lack of driving range disappointing. You can hit off a mat into a net. This area very neglectic as well. Tee boxes have been ignored. Should have never made hole 18 into 1. That was a great finishing hole and a awkward 1st shot up hill.
