Chicopee Woods Golf Course - Village Nine

Chilly and windy day, but the course was in very nice shape for early spring.
Layout was tough, but realistic.
Staff is always top notch, starting at check in, to starter, to Marshalls, beverage gal, and the grill inside the clubhouse.
Highly Recommend!
Chateau Elan Golf Club - Executive Par-3 Course

Doesn’t seem like they care for the conditions on the par 3 course like they used to.
No amenities available on the par 3.
Course heavily covered in leaves on some holes. Bunkers not raked, and tee boxes were rough.
Staff at the clubhouse are great.would be nice to come directly to the par 3 course without having to go the 18 hole courses clubhouse first.

Pace was extremely slow, and no rangers on the course. It took almost 4 hours to play 13 holes as a twosome, and called it a day at that point.
Staff was great, and course was in really nice shape.

Course was in exceptional condition. Apart from some rain showers the first few holes it was a great day (although scores didn’t reflect it).
Went out as first group as a twosome, and completed 18 holes in 3 hours.
Staff is very friendly as well

My favorite course in north Georgia. The layout and condition of the course is always outstanding. The crew (everyone from the clubhouse, starters, rangers, grounds keepers, and beer gal), always the best. You keep us coming back time after time. Also, paired us with a first timer out of Savannah. He thoroughly enjoyed the course. Thanks for another great round!

The course is already in fantastic shape. The greens are a bit slow (surprisingly). Staff is always top notch. I hate recommending this course, because I’d rather not see it overrun. Best course in the area!

Course was in very good shape for the middle of winter. Cart path only today, which increased my round time, but that is what it is.

Course is a good value for the money. Greens are a bit rough, and aerated not too long ago. Was fairly dry, considering all the rain we had just received. Great for your short game.

Course was very crowded for a Tuesday, so the pace was slow (and I’m sure we also contributed to that, having a first timer in our group). The entire course is in absolutely beautiful shape though, and the staff is always top notch!

Had a tee time for four of us. Got the clubhouse...said oh, course is closed for maintenance. Usually not a big deal, but three of us took the day off from work to play.
Totally unacceptable... but I was invited to drop 3 hours in the bar/restaurant until they were done. Unacceptable!

Course is in decent shape overall. Some greens are pretty rough, and it doesn’t help that some folks don’t repair their ball marks on The greens. But for the price, a great value, and good place to brush up on your short-mid game.
Push carts no longer available due to COVID, so either bring your own, or keep your bag light, as you’ll be toting it.
