Course in great condition. Heavy rain two days before but dried nicely. Pace of play good. Staff and marshals really nice. Not too difficult a course. Enjoyed the day.

The course is beautiful but when we played heavy rain occurred for 2 days before our round. There we lakes and rivers flowing throughout the course that were not part of the course. It was carts on path and a real struggle to complete the round which we did not. We’ve played the course before when conditions were normal and enjoyed its design. They probably should have closed the course due to the conditions.

Pretty easy course. Staff very friendly.Greens fast but some in not great shape.. Pace of. play a little slow but staff tried to keep players moving.

Great golf course. Pace of play a little slow but course in great condition. Staff great and layout beautiful. 27 holes so we played 19 to 27 and 1 to 9 in the rotation. 19 to 27 much easier than 1 to 9.( fairways narrower ). Overall a great day.

Course was fun to play. Fairways wide with many bunkers. Water comes into play on some holes.Some difficulty finding tee boxes. Needs better signage. Greens had just been sanded and aerated so the speed was very inconsistent. Staff was very friendly. Would have recommended more highly if greens were more consistent.

Conditions of the course great. Layout very good. Some challenge but not impossible. Scenery really pretty in the area where the power lines were not visible. Liked the changes in elevation. Pace of play really good. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Wholly recommend.

I playing this course a couple of years ago and the condition of the course was much better. The rough was just dead grass and very hard. The greens were just okay. I played Silverado a week ago and there was no comparison. Silverado was beautifully maintained where Orange Tree was not. Also the golf shop staff was not very friendly. Overall a very disappointing round

Great interesting course. In very good condition. Finished in 4 hours but waited on most holes. Enjoyed the day thoroughly. Would highly recommend this course.

Course was fun to play. One problem was that the rough was too thick and we spent more time trying to find our golf balls. Slowed pace of play. Rough needs to be cut more.

Course layout nice, staff very friendly, pace of play excellent and cost very reasonable. The two negatives are the cart paths which made driving on them feel like you would need a chiropractor after the round and the gas carts which I’m not a big fan .
Course conditions good. Overall I’d recommend the course especially if they could do something with the cart paths.

Course was really fun to play on. Wide fairways and really nice staff. Course conditions were fine except the greens we in poor condition. Putting was a challenge due to the inconsistencies on the greens. Overall we enjoyed playing on the course.

Course was pretty but much too difficult for my level of golf. Staff was great. Course conditions were fair but not up to the levels of the courses in Palm Desert and Scottsdale which we played these past 2 weeks. Interesting change in elevation on the different holes. Pace of play very slow . Finishing 8 holes took two and a half hours. We had to leave early because of the slow pace.

Spectacular course layout, great condition and amazingly friendly staff. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Toon managed course.

Wide fairways, easy course to score well but course conditions not as good as the other courses we played in Palm Desert. The cart paths wound around community in what we thought was a dangerous manner , crossing roads with poor , faded signage and cars not being careful with golf carts on the road. Staff was very friendly.

Beautiful course layout. Narrow fairways but not so narrow that new golfers would be overly challenged. Highly recommend course.

Course in good condition. Green fairways.Sand very hard.Not too difficult for most golfers.

Course conditions were excellent. Fairways fairly hard. Would have preferred softer fairways. Staff very friendly. We played the South course and much prefer it to the north course. South course is more like my idea of a golf course and less like the north course which is more a desert course. We had such at the club and thought is was a very good value.
