Greens were in really poor shape. I would probably wait a month or so to play. They were punched a few weeks ago, but they have a lot of bare spots on them.

I have ever played. I honestly have never played a round that slow. After 11 holes I finally walked off the course for a round that was heading for at least 5 1/2 hours. On top of that they were 20 minutes late on our tee time. At one point there were 4 groups on one tee box. Apparently there was a 44 player tournament where the players thought they were Tiger Woods. Only once did someone come out to tell the to hurry up.
I went into the golf shop and asked for a 9 hole refund which I thought was reasonable, but was told they did not have a 9 hole rate. He gave me a 18 hole rain check which was nice except there are a ton of restrictions on it.
Course was in decent shape for June. I would not recommend it for any single digit handicaps. It is very short which caused a lot of the delays.
Overall, I would not recommend and would not play there. They only care about money and just want to pack as many golfers they can as possible.
