This is a great track. Makes you think about club selection. Greens were in very good condition... fast and true. Bunkers were well maintained. Fairways really need some work though. I’ll be back.

This course used to be nice. Well kept greens and fairways. I was there today and wow, was I disappointed. First off... it’s Sunday and no starter. Just get in line. So i teed off about 20 minutes later than my tee time. The fairways were awful. Very patchy and inconsistent types of grass. Sometimes hitting off of dirt. The rough was even worse. The ONLY thing this course had going for it were the greens. They were in fairly good shape with a few exceptions (that’s why I gave it 2 stars overall). For the same price or another 5-10 bucks, I could have played on a MUCH better course. I do not recommend playing here.

I’ve always liked playing this course. It’s a good track with plenty of challenges.. The course is in great condition. Good fairways and even the rough was in good shape. The greens were in good shape, but terribly slow. You really have to wack the ball. I’ve played here many times and the greens were never slow.
Overall, I do recommend this course. I will be back. I just hope the greens are better.

This is my favorite course to play when I come up from Tampa every summer. It’s always in top notch condition.

I golf here every time I come up from Tampa in the summer. The course is always in top notch condition. Greens are true and somewhat quick. Fairways are very well maintained and the rough is quite thick, which presents even more of a challenge. Long par 5’s and a few long par 4’s. I highly recommend this course if you’re ever in the area.

The course was in fantastic shape. Ball sat up nice in the fairways and the greens were rolling true and I’d estimate at about a 10 or 11. They weren’t busy so I pretty much had the course to myself and finished in a little over 3 hours.
The slope rating says 118 from the white tees, but I’d move that up a bit base on some of the tight fairways.

This course is fabulous. Great layout and challenging. Only one thing though. I’d give it 5 stars if the greens were faster. Perhaps they were slow because of all the rain we’ve had. They’re in good shape and roll true, but you really have to hit the ball.

I played the Saddlebrook course. At first it was somewhat confusing because the place is huge and the practice range is a bit away from the course. Course conditions were near perfect. A few greens had been worked on, but are recovering nicely. The speed of the greens were just a bit slower than my preference, but not that bad and they rolled true. Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be back to play this and also try the Palmer course.
