Really like this course. First 3 holes are pretty standard but the layout gets really fun from then on.

The course layout was challenging but fair - a fun layout to play. However, it's obvious the place is struggling financially as the condition of the course was very disappointing. The greens were slow, the fairways shaggy and inconsistent, the rough was very rough, the sand traps neglected and very inconsistent- overall I would classify the conditions as below average. I paid $125.00 green fee and felt ripped off. Too bad because the layout was great.

Played during over seeding process so not a fair test of normal conditions. Liked the layout and the staff was great.

Back nine is very enjoyable and challenging - lots of risk reward. Have played the course multiple times and always enjoyed. A good value for the $.
