Orange Tree Golf & Conference Resort

Played Orange Tree on a 100 degree day. Plenty of shade and finished (twosome) in under 3 hours. Was not overheated.
Only $19 on TeeOff. But greens were spotty and bumpy. Fairways were bare in spots. Traps were crusty but at least had a decent amount of sand.
For that price I would, and will, return, but, like many courses in Phoenix, Orange Tree is struggling under this drought.

Have played McCormick Ranch several times, but felt the course desperately needed some love. Tee boxes were beat up, greens weren’t smooth and the rough was … rough.

Las Sendas was in excellent shape considering the dry Summer. Greens rolled well and fairway grass was mostly full. Tee boxes were beat up, but on the other hand the bunkers had new, fresh sand.
Overall great value for money.

Camelback Golf Club - Padre Course

Course was in very good shape for mid-Summer. Greens hadn’t quite recovered from aeration but were close. Fairways were grasses than many other courses in the area.
Scottsdale Silverado Golf Club

Silverado’s greens were in excellent shape, especially for the end of June. Unfortunately the rest of the course wasn’t. Had to move the ball around to find grass to hit off of.
Course layout is interesting and it plays long than it seems from the golf tees. Definitely cannot walk the back nine!
If you are looking for a practice round and the price is right I would recommend it.

Love the course, but it was in rough shape this time. Greens were unputtable after the recent aeration. Fairways were quite patchy. Just caught it at the wrong time. At least the price was right.
Palatine Hills Golf Course

Played on a Friday afternoon when surrounding courses were booked up. Course wasn’t crowded at all, and not sure why. Excellent course layout with uniqueness. Greens in good shape and challenging. Staff very friendly. Will return.
McDowell Mountain Golf Club

Enjoyed the course - little disappointed there weren't better mountain views, but still nice. Also wished the carts had course screens and yardage. Bring your watches or range finders.
But staff was excellent. Played as a single - they went out of their way to pair me with a fun group.
I will return if I find another GolfNow deal!

Enjoy Arizona Grand's unique holes. No back to backs - every hole has its own character.
Plenty of water provided on the course.
Grass in excellent shape after the overseeding.

Staff is always pleasant and accommodating at oPhillips. Greens were in excellent shape as was the course in general. Excellent value for the $$.
Tamarack Golf Club

Late October golf in Chicago, in shirt sleeves, is a rare treat. Tamarack was in good shape this late in the season. Greens were particularly good. Tee boxes were a little scrappy. Overall good value for the money.

Really enjoy playing Adobe. If you don't drive the ball straight many of the desert/target golf courses can be a challenge. Adobe is more forgiving, yet long enough to feel challenged.
Greens were in excellent shape.
