Trick-Or-Treat At Renditions

I played Renditions on Halloween with a college mate. The course is excellent shape and the greens are fast. The pin placement made birdies a real challenge - we assumed that the greens keeper had a bad night. Overall it was a great day. I recommend that all serious golfers get at least one round in at Renditions while the weather is cooperating.

Thank you for sharing your grand slam experience at Renditions, goodend! We are glad you were able to get in another great round of golf this fall before the cooler weather starts to set in and hope you enjoyed our Superintendents' fun he had treating all our golfers to tricky hole placements on Halloween!

Gooden Koolau Review - 3 January 2017

Presently, I hold a 16 handicap index which allows me to hold my own on any course from the forward tees. I live in Tucson, AZ which has over 40 golf courses of various degrees of difficulty and aesthetic value. I have played golf all over the world, many tee times made through Golf Now, and no course has been as poorly maintained as Koolau. Everything was bad: tee boxes, rough minimum one foot tall, fairways over grown, bunkers full of water and vegetation, driving range closed, snack bar closed, five hole shut down due to over growth of vegetation. This was like being in Jurassic Park without the dinosaurs. The only forgiving thing about the entire outing was the folks at Koolau were very friendly and apologetic.

My advice - visit the course before you buy a tee time.

New Years Treat

My wife and I played the Adobe course on New Year's Day and we had a fabulous time. The course was in excellent shape, we were paired with two guys that were very fun, the weather was great and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend an outing at the Biltmore to everyone.

The course is in horrible shape.

Arizona National was one of the top ten courses in Tucson, was the home of the University of Arizona men’s golf team and was a golf course that any golfer would be honored to play. Over the last eight years my wife, golf buddies and folks that I met for the first time enjoyed the challenges that this gorgeous desert course used to provide. On Father’s day, June 16, 2013 I played AZ Nat for the first time this year. My recommendation to all golfers, “stay away”!

49er is on the way back!

The new ownership and staff are doing an outstanding job bringing back this historic golf course. In one more year, provided the 49er team maintains their present cadence, 49er will be one of the top 5 public courses in Tucson.

They really need to work on the rolling beverage and food service.
