Sandpiper Golf Club - Lakes/Palms Course
Played On 01/10/2022Nice upkeep
First time I’ve been on the course since The Lakes was re opened. They done a nice job on the fairways and greens. A couple of greens a a dead spot, but you could tell they are working on them
Lakes at Walden Lake Golf & Country Club
Played On 01/19/2016Great Value
Lived in the area for the past 10 years, and first time to this course. GREAT value for the winter months. Lay out is challenging, but not difficult for even high handicappers.
Greens were in great shape for the middle of January.
Looking forward to bringing out of town friends for a round.

First round at this course. Greens seemed a bit fuzzy and made them slow. Other than that, great lay out nice pace of play
Bloomingdale Golfers Club
Played On 10/04/2015Nice value
Too much rain over the past week made conditions difficult, but still a good course
Freedom Fairways
Played On 08/14/2015Great Value
Pace of play was great. A foursome finished in just over 3 hrs. The only issue with this course (and I play it a few times per year) is the greens are cut long making them slow. I understand the older residents that live on the course and at regularly want them this way. It just takes a few holes to get used to the putting surfaces
The Club Renaissance
Played On 07/15/2015Great Value
As an average golfer, I look for lower pricing when booking round of golf. Renaissance green fees are higher than I would pay during season. Seeing the deal for a round at $30, I jumped on it. I've played here in the past with one of these deals and always wanted to play again. It did not disappoint. The only downer was a short shower midway through my first nine, then the sun became powerful in my latter round.
Challenging enough for those of us that are high handicappers, but allow for some par and birdie opportunities.
Sandpiper Golf Club - Lakes/Palms Course
Played On 08/30/2014Good Value
As always, this course was well maintained. Very few out playing, so we were not rushed and could rest for a few minutes under the shade as it was very hot during our round. Paid $20 for a round which included cart.
Summerfield Crossings Golf Club
Played On 01/20/2013Price does not reflect the course conditions
Went online to secure a tee time as a friend was in from the north for a long weekend. Have played this course in the past and thought my friend would enjoy a round here. However, the price offered online was not lower than just calling the pro shop, but knowing we were going to pay winter rates, it was not such a big deal First of all, there was no mention that a men's league started first thing on Sunday mornings, and were behind schedule, which pushed our tee time back by 30 mins. Once we did start, the course was NOT in good condition for that amount of money. Almost the entire front nine had very wet fairways. Many times our approach shots to the green came up just short and plugged into the fairway. This, combined with the back up of the league made play very slow. Spent too much time waiting for the group ahead to play so we could continue.
After the turn, the pace of play was much better. However, when asked if the refreshment cart was working that day, we were informed it was not.
Overall, it wasn't a bad round. My friend did enjoy the course, but at $50+ per person, in my opinion, it was not a good investment
