Wrong tee time

Booked our tee time for 8:00am when we got there it seemed over booked after waiting a few extra minutes of groups going before us after our tee time we asked and were told ours was 8:23. I had both the email confirmation and on the golf now app at 8am. Seemed like they tried to push us back on time to accommodate their over booking of that tee time.
