Greens (small) & traps are good. Course is beaten up by the power carts; only tight lies; no rough.
The nice part about the 64 par layout is that the par 4's & two par 5's are a good test; some of the par 3's are long. Several surprise ditches didn't show up well on my Garmin.
Decent pricing.

It was overpriced at $95 per, but it is a decent course for the first round of a snowbird who hasn't played in months (119 slope rating).
I especially liked the practice area with free range balls!

This is a very busy course with three nines. My wife and I were joined up with two inexperienced golfers and shortly afterward I was told by a ranger to speed things up! I told him to talk to them, not me. BTW, we finished the round in 4 hrs 15 min and waited on most shots. Debatable on whether he had an effect on our pace of play.
We saw the Goliath alligator on the first hole! He was sunning by the pin until my wife bounced a wedge shot up to him.

Management has clearly kept up maintenance on the course. Given that, I would call the course conditions better than average. Not sure how much reseeding was done or aeration? Certainly the course sees a lot of play.
We paid a premium to play in the morning on Saturday and finished in 4 hours!

It is challenging around the greens & the greens themselves. At times it is forgiving on the drives; much appreciated by this snow bird.
