Meadowlands Golf and Country Club
Played On 08/19/20233 star course at best
Unfortunately, the fairways are like a cow pasture, many rock hard spots, most of the tee boxes are not level, the greens are overall very small and often elevated with tricky bumpy greens. Trees on some homes are placed in very unusual and difficult spots. On this day the greens keeper placed many pins in ridiculous spots to make all approach shots insanely difficult. It’s a nice walk but this is at best a 3 star course.

Course is pretty and has sine nice layouts but lacks overall maintenance. Very little of the course is manicured and much looks like a cow pasture wirh lots of water water and large reeds everywherre. Signage is poor at best which is a basic of any golf course. The greens were rough, putts didn’t run true and these greens don’t hold approach shots as they should.
However, you get what you pay for here as the course including many random people interrupting your game while finding balls on the course. The cost is relatively cheap fora Lower Mainland course.

Played On 10/30/2021Fairways and Greens not touched - full of seeds and leaves
Played course Oct 30th. Although course was dry which was a pleasant surprise after much rain the fairways were full of maple leaves as were the greens. Balls were impossible to find as leaves covered most of the course. Almost all the greens were full of cedar needles, maple leaves and seeds making them impossible to play on. Clearly, no maintenance has been done on the course for this round of golf. Very disappointed.

Very pretty course. Very flat and easy to walk. The course was average condition. The downsides are 1 they are smaller greens slow and bumpy and didn’t hold iron shots - need to get some hold happening on those greens. 2. Too many overgrown trees and often in middle of fairway or making second shots to greens impossible or tee shots most difficult. This isn’t a PGA tournament. Need to open this up. Too many holes on course like this. Just my two cents.
Overall was a fun day and the course is in a nice setting.

Course is a nice walk, like a walk through a park. Easy to play, but the greens are way too slow and very bumpy and inconsistent. Good luck making putts on these greens that are longer than most PGA fairways.
