The price per round led me to believe they were fully recovered from over seeding but they were only a couple days out and were still cart path only on Mesquite. The greens were still bumpy and sandy which is of course to be expected right after an overseed, but the price was indicative of prime season ad prime conditions. Fun course but more of a resort tourist trap than a frequent course for locals.

Course came out absolutely perfect from over-seeding! Great pace of play and easily worth the price and then some! Silverado has some challenging holes for the "intermediate" golfer and the double digit handicappers. The pro's might find a better challenge elsewhere but will pay 3-4 times the price. Silverado is a great friendly course to help learn the game and hone your skills! Will be back to play very soon.
