Course play was very slow on front 9 then opened up. Conditions were mostly good but a few spots are muddy and should have signs keeping carts away. Fairways well maintained. greens in good shape.

Wonderful May weather accented the fine conditions of the fairways and greens. Scenic rolling hills, minimal water hazards and mostly avoidable sand traps made for an enjoyable round. Only criticism is traps were still a mess from this weekend's rain.

Overall course was in great shape for end of April. Fairways and greens are wonderful. The "unique" part for me was all the hills. Some holes it does not enter into play, others it is significant. Lots of woods between holes, that do not enter into play. Little water hazard concerns, some "gulch" hazards, MANY traps to stay away from. I agree with previous review, do not think about walking. Clubhouse hopefully is in transition from temporary to new wonderful building. Friendly staff and good sandwiches at turn. Enjoy!

We had a fine time. The fairways are beginning to green up and the greens are in great condition.

My wife and I enjoyed a fine summer afternoon at Oleander. Rain showers earlier in the day slowed fairways and greens somewhat, though sun was out our entire time.

Trees are more plentiful on this course though not as tight as I had feared from other reviews.

Shooting over water on 3 holes presents problems for lesser players as myself.

Golf Now hotdeals make it a great value.

The course is in excellent condition and well maintained. Fairly friendly fairways, and minimal water but I found myself in a couple of "well-placed" bunkers. The setting is beautiful and roaming deer add to the atmosphere. If you can bear the mid-day heat, you should find little traffic on the course this time of year.

It was our first visit to Pine Lakes and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The course is challenging but fairways are wide enough for those occasional errant shots. Course is in great condition but don't expect much of a roll on fairways. GolfNow price made this an excellent value.

This was our first time playing Sanctuary Cove and found it to be a beautiful course and the GolfNow "Hot Deal" made it a fantastic value. Even for an "intermediate" player, I found the course forgiving with open fairways. The 2 par 3's over marshes proved to be a challenge. The only drawback was the back nine were cart path only due to chemical treatment.
