Love the layout but the course still needs some work to bring it up to the level it used to be at.

Like many courses now in South Florida, this course is just not being maintained properly. The bunkers were loaded with pebbles and rocks and the greens were in poor shape. Looks like the pin positions hadn’t been changed in a couple of weeks. I find it inexcusable that they aren’t maintaining this course. It gets a lot of play but there’s more profit to be had if you skimp on maintenance. Such a shame.

Absolutely ridiculous pace of play. We literally were standing around for 5 -10 minutes on every shot even after calling the clubhouse for player assistance and explaining the situation they said they’d get right on it but it was simply a waste of my time to ask as they never even bothered coming around to see what the hold up was. I had heard such great things about this course unfortunately it didn’t come close to those expectations.

There were 20 jet skis in the lakes making all kinds of noise and across one of the lakes there was a huge party at one of the outdoor pavilions they have available for rent and the DJ and music was so loud I have no idea how anyone at that party could even hear themselves talk. $52 per person for a Sunday afternoon of golf and having to play under those conditions is is not my idea of a good day of golf. It’s simply not worth going there especially when you’re going there to play golf but are forced to attend an outdoor concert instead. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.
