Sharsenault

All staff were super friendly except for Paul the starter. We showed up a half hour early and it was drizzling. Paul did not acknowledge us and was talking to the group going out. We walked up to him to let him know we were there. We were very pleasant and let him know that the pro shop said we should ask him if there Was any way we could get out earlier. He said he’d see what he could do. We putted until the team in front of us was past the 150 marker. No one else was around so I asked him if we would be able to get out early. He said I was just thinking of sending you out. So I waited until another 5 minutes passed. The team in front was walking off the green so motioned to my husband as he said ok. We started driving forward and then he halted us and talked to another 2some that had just shown up. He then paired us together which was fine but we could have easily been on the green already. Then later we were asked to wait to let the group behind us go through obviously members again. He was not friendly and gave us the vibe we shouldn’t be there.

Our cart seized up on the 3rd hole. We tried calling the number for bookings and got Florida who tried calling the pro shop to no avail. We then called the numbers on the golf card and no one answered. Thinking to keep pace of play we carried our cart bags continuously trying to get ahold of someone. No one picked up and when we did get ahold of the restaurant they did not inform anyone. People we were playing with tried calling friends who worked there. Finally on 7th hole we saw a Marshall who put my bags on his cart and gave me a ride till a new cart came. No cart girl, no ball washers, almost no garbage cans.
