Rude Staff and Bad Flow

Would not play here if I were you. This is a long read but worth your time. I dealt with some of the rudest staff of any business I have ever been to when I went out for 9 holes earlier today. I show up and they were out of carts, which is expected on a busy Saturday morning so I was not angry about that. What was frustrating was that there was a group of about 25-30 guys hanging out by the putting green before hole 1 and many of them where not sharing a cart. After about 45 minutes of waiting for a cart they called my name over the speaker and told me mine was ready. The thing is, the group of 25-30 guys I mentioned were just now headed to hole 1 after waiting around and talking to each other. I asked if I could start on the back nine due to the back up at hole one and was told I could not because I would potentially back up the back nine...yeah...read that again see how much sense that makes... My dad, who was driving the cart for me today and not playing, told them that it didn’t make sense that they would allow such a backup and then not let me start on the back nine. The man then proceeded to tell my dad that they did not need our business and that we could leave if we wanted to. We should have left right then and there but we were already 45 minutes deep at this point. We paid and then as we were leaving the man told us that if there was no one on the ninth tee box when I was starting, we could go to 10 (I guess he realized we were right). When I was ready to start, there was no one on the tee box at 9 but there were two women walking up to the green on hole nine, so I went up to them and asked if it was okay if I jumped in front because of the back up on hole 1 and they were more than happy to let me . This is where it gets good. I was about to tee off hole 10 and another man that works for the course, who knew I was starting on hole 10 because he saw me ask the ladies at hole 9, yelled at me from the club house and told me to hurry up and hit.... I looked back at him and signaled that there was someone literally 20 yard in front of me and I was waiting on them to move. What made me the most frustrated out of all of this, and you might have already picked up on it, is that he yelled at me, a single player, to hurry up and hit after he allowed 25-30 guys to sit around and talk to each other for 45 minutes while I was waiting on my cart.... If you want a good course with the nicest staff in the world, go play at The Greens @ Auburn.
