The course could be nice. It's like they ran out of money and could not keep it up. There were three or four temporary greens, and the greens that were in use, all but two or three were in horrible condition. It could be a nice course, it just needs a lot of work.

Thank you for the review from your golf experience at Shalimar Pointe! I appreciate your recognition of the staff. We are striving to provide a good customer experience for all of our guest. Regarding your comments on the greens, it is work in progress. We acquired Shalimar Pointe about two years and are still trying to recover from some historically bad maintenance practices. It is unfortunately taking more time than we expected. Please give us a little more time and if you find yourself in the area, try us again. As you said, it is a great golf course!
