This is one of my favorite layouts in the area. Right now, it’s getting a ton of play so the conditions were a hair subpar, but only because of the volume at the moment. Overall, the greens and Fairways were in pretty shape. We got out at 8:04 AM and the pace was excellent. We played in under four hours on a Sunday. My only beef is the cost. But it is Naples and it is January so this is what you get. I think thrown in 25 range balls for 150 bucks for Greene. Space would be a nice plus. That instead of having a pan additional 10 bucks. I will play here many more times. The staff is great.

I’ve played quite a bit in Naples but not Forest Glen until today. The entire experience was first class. It’s a private club except for a few GolfNow tee times here and there I’m told. As of 1/1, it goes back to private only. The fairways and greens were very good. They rolled super true and had some speed to them. I’ll be keeping an eye out for this bad boy again. The staff was great as well.

The course is in fantastic shape and the greens rolled very nice. The bunkers definitely add a ton of character to the course. I am looking forward to playing in again now that I’ve played it once. The $220 greens fee is a bit aggressive, but if you ignore the price, it’s a fun day. There are no holes in the putting green which completely sucks. Also, the driving range is turf into a net. Not the best experience. The practice facility gets a C-. The course gets an A.

The best part is this entire experience was the men’s room. I walked right in, didn’t have to wait. The aroma was clean and the tile floor and wall were nice and they matched. There are three urinals and two stalls. I had my choice. I chose the third urinal against the wall. I finished and washed my hands. The soap was plenty and I used the paper towels vs the dryer. I splurged. I threw my paper towels in the trash and I was done. It was awesome. If you have to go to the rest room and you are close to this course, then stop here and use it. You won’t be disappointed.

If you want to play golf, then go anywhere but here.

We had the first tee time at 6am and played from the back tees. The gentleman managing the carts and the starter were great and even got us out a few minutes early. I'm aware this course was once a private club and it shows. The tee boxes and greens were in fantastic shape. The greens rolled true and fast but they also held a shot as well. It made for great scoring opportunities. There are some shot maker holes that were tight and tree-lined which was fun and challenging. I intend to return very soon.
