Played On 06/26/2020Short Course but Great Deal
Course was in really nice shape. Greens were fast and rolled well. Well maintained. The only drawback may be the length for some. I liked it short.

Played On 03/06/2016Don't Play It Without Course Knowledge
Too many blind shots. Too many fairways where balls had to be placed exactly or they wound up running off into hazards. Just way too tricked up to play if you aren't playing with someone who has played there before. We spent a lot of time looking for balls. Maintenance was pretty poor, unraked and overgrown bunkers, tee boxes poorly maintained (crabby grass, covered with broken tees), greens with old hole plugs. I know it's off-season but, come on.

Played On 05/17/2015It Should Be Better
I'd heard great things about this course and it does have an interesting layout, but the fairways were rock-hard, the greens were still recovering from aeration, and the round took five and a half hours and I didn't see a single ranger. I won't be back.

Played On 8/4/2013Soul-Killing Weekend Pace of Play
I play this course once a month or so but always during the week. This most recent round was on a Sunday afternoon and I had to quit after 12 holes, which took 3 1/2 hours to play. Starting groups on 10 just kills the pace of play. There's nothing worse than finishing the 12th hole and finding a group just abut to tee off on 13 with another group in the fairway, one on the green and one visible on the next tee.
I'f recommend the course but not for weekend play.

Played On 6/26/2013Great condition and shot values
We played this course on a $30 twilight deal and it was one of the best deals I've ever gotten. For some reason, maybe the threat of rain, the place was empty. The course is in fantastic shape and the difficulty level is not too high but is still quite challenging (mid-handicappers, we played from the blues). The combination of features and elevation changes make it really interesting. The only small complaint I have s that the greens were a bit slow. But at the end of the day in a rainy season that's kind of expected. I'll be going back.

Played On 5/5/2013Too Much to Pay for Lousy Greens
Played on 5/5/13. Greens were in bad shape possibly from late aeration. Hard as rock and slow and bumpy is not worth the full in-season rate. I felt overcharged even at the discount rate. Fairways are in decent but not great shape. I won't be going back for a while.
Thanks for the great review. We work hard to maintain our course, and we hope to have you back again soon!
