Have played Weaver in the past and have seen it in much better shape then this round. Tees and fairways have numerous areas where the grass is non existent.
Greens were smooth and fast but plagued by lots of ball marks. Wish golfers would repair them and repair them correctly. Nice to see they are redoing the bunkers. Cart paths are in need of repair in lots of places. Just to bad this course that was once a jewel has not had enough money put back into it to keep it that way. I would still recommend it just for the great Hurdzan/Fry design.

I have played Golf Granby several times and have always found it to be in great shape . The course still has many gravel/dirt cart paths, A mile or so ride to the club house on gravel and port-a-poddy as restroom facility on the course. We were a two-some and started the round behind a five-some( which the starter allowed) and another two-some. The five-some did allow both two-some to play through and once the slow two-some in front of us allowed us to play through on the 6th hole we flew around the last 12 holes in about 2 hours.Play from the correct set of tees and this is a fun course.

Very interesting layout,but the greens are a disaster. Not worth the $85 green fee.

Also played Regata Bay, Indian Bayou. In my opinion Kelly Plantation was overall the best of the three. Couples design really made for some beautiful holes on the great piece of property he had to work with. Will play this course again for sure.
