Had the pleasure of playing this during Christmas. Greens are impeccable. Pace of play super fast. Green fairways even in the middle of winter. Comfy carts with ball and club washer. Excellent practice facilities. Gorgeous views. AND, only $66 with cart!!! This could be the best value for the quality of course I’ve ever played. A Maderas competitor without the $140 price tag. Will play here again. Bravo golf club of CA

Eastlake CC was once great. I grew up playing this course because of its outstanding unbeatable value to course quality and pace of play. A few years ago you were able to play $20/$25 twilight rounds and finish 18. Now you pay $50 super twilight minimum and $75+ any time earlier than that. I haven’t played here since the change in branding because the price turned me off so much, so I thought to give it a try, maybe it’s some kind of extravagant north county/Del mar style course now?.... it was unfortunately the same exact course. Now if it were $20, the value would be incredible, but it’s more than double now. Cement style greens totally opposite from what the practice greens are. Hole change marks, extreme number of ball marks, etc.. This is also the most dead grass or chunks of dirt on the fairways/fairway roughs I’ve seen. They’ve upgraded the carts though. Colored gps, can charge your phone, comfortable seating connect to the speakers and all, pretty cool, but I don’t come here for cart luxury. Pro shop was also extremely rude when I called to book a tee time. Pace of play was good, practice facility good, and 19th hole good... but value? Not worth it, I don’t think I’ll come back until a year or two from now, maybe their plans of a great course will actually be done by then. I’d rather take my money to Bonita GC, Admiral Baker, and even Chula Muni or National City (at least it matches the price)

Great course all around. Wonderful value. Puts most of San Diego courses to shame. This is the perfect golf course. I’ll recommend it to everyone and more. Thank you Mt Woodson. Thanks for being the staple and role model for what San Diego courses should be.

Came on a Sunday after noon for a 3:00 tee time and finished in 3 hours. Don’t remember the last time I was able to do that. Lots of patches in the fairway but real minimal.
