Great layout in great shape

I’ve played the course maybe 4 or 5 times now. Obviously I’m a fan because I continue to return. The layout is fantastic, hilly with some huge greens. The bunkering is fantastic, although due to Covid they don’t get the treatment they deserve and need. The greens were the best I’ve played so far this summer. Rolled great, not fast but certainly not slow either. The fairways were probably as good as they could’ve been. Some tee boxes were a little scraggly, but otherwise very good. Will definitely be back as long as maintenance is sustained.

Pristine conditions, great pace, excellent value!

Key word “VALUE”, now granted I played on a Monday, but 3 of us played in under 4 hours (none of us broke the course record). The conditions were mint. Biggest surprise, as a frequent public facility player, was the bunkers. Sure that means I was in there more than I cared to be, but the sand was soft, consistent, and RAKED! So compliments to the staff and fellow golfers. The greens rolled perfectly (not my stroke), there were virtually no visible ball marks. Fairways, I probably could’ve taken a nap. So you get my point, tremendous facility, oh a grass driving range also. For me, the value is nearly impossible to beat. Will be back!

Slow in every sense of the word.

Pace of play was just shy of 5 hours with no ranger(s) to be seen. Course conditions were also slow, greens were very slow (compared to neighboring courses) and fairways hadn't seen a mower blade in due time. Not a fan of Harbor Pines at the moment.
