The clubhouse seemed run down and the practice facility wasn't anything to be impressed with... however...the course was awesome. I can still remember every hole vivid detail because the course had so much character. You had "Risk Reward" on at least 50% of the holes. The greens were dramatic and in perfect shape. I can't say one negative thing about the course itself. Second best/fun course I've ever played.

This course had everything. There were snapping turtles, alligators, holes with "risk reward", great practice facilities you name it. I actually played 27 holes...Good/Bad/Ugly in that order. Each course gradually got more difficult. My only complaint was pace of play was somewhat slow.

This is the nicest of the three city courses to choose from. There are several risk reward holes but the course can be bland at times. The fairways were in poor shape at the beginning of the summer because of the long winter but they were bad everywhere around this area. Have been playing this course for years now and 90% of the time the course is in good shape. Now that the summer is almost over they have the course back at fighting weight.

Fairways are narrow, the course is long, and you must have patience. You can't pull a driver out on every hole and if you hit with a draw/hook you are in serious trouble. The course is beautiful and always in good shape but you have to be mentally prepared before you play this course or it will eat you alive. Practice areas are poor.

I grew up on this course so it's special to me. This course has a lot of blind shots and you need to know your club distance when taking elevation into consideration. Just a nine hole course but those nine are very fun because you remember the holes you played after the round. Hole #2 will challenge your nerve, a good drive on hole #6 will make you feel like Hercules, and #9 is a par five reachable par five but you better play it smart coming into the green. You will either love this course or hate it. It won't be in between. I love it.

A fun course is when you can remember the holes you played after the round. This course allows you to do just that. Nice elevation changes, a few risk reward holes, and a even an eagle hole for the average golfer. This is a second shot course...easy to get off the tee but make sure you have a plan for the second shot. I have played this course at lease 20 times since Feb 2014 and the course has been in good shape every time... in the winter months too. Very nice putting green but the Driving range needs a little work. The back nine will flood sometimes after a good rain which can make the back nine a mess but the front nine is so fun you won't care.
