Tees & Greens condition not worth $90

This was the first time we played falcons fire and it was recommended to us by two different friends, however both had not played the course this year for obvious reasons that we later figured out. There were far too many cons that outweighed the pros for this to be a $90+ course.
Pros: club house was gorgeous, the venue looks like a perfect place for an event or wedding. Great pro shop, nice staff, friendly cart girl. The ranger who met us on the 1st hole was a riot!
Cons: They were out of carts so we had to leave our bags on the stand for an hour. The range is across the Blvd street so you cannot drive your cart (if you had one) over to the range. You must take a few clubs, or carry your entire bag and walk across the road about a football field away to the practice facility. Once we finally got a cart, we noticed on the fairway of 1st hole the GPS system was busted and was shorting out, did not work or give correct, hole/yardage the entire time. The fairways were okay but not for $90. The greens were dead, patchy, slow, and uncared for. Very unpredictable from hole to hole. Sometimes it was hard to find a good place on the tee box to even hit from and often times the greens had so many damaged spots it was hard to putt. I have been told by two friends that this course was amazing in the past and had premium greens. I could definitely see how with the layout of the course, if it had fairways and greens as nice as their clubhouse looked, then I would want to come back. Hopefully the greens come back better next year, would like to try it out again, but not worth your money this time around. Feb. 2020. Too many other nice courses for same price.

Nice course, well maintained, good amenities

Pheasant run is not only right down the road from my parents house, but it is a very well maintained course. The greens are always rollin nice and the fairways are always green. I love the club and ball cleaners on the carts and the course is well marked for yardage. It's got a few blind shots but the course is pretty forgiving for bad shots. They have a great range and putting green and the club house is very clean with a nice bar. The starter and staff were very friendly and actually let us go off a little early because we were ready. They had some water issues on the course because of all the rain, but I have been here multiple times in the middle of summer and this course is phenomenal mid summer. One of my favs.
