Not bad...
Conditions were better than I saw them last. Second group, out, so pace was good. Saw some groups of five but no real back up on the boxes. Pretty straight course w nothing too tricky.

Good value
Played here like 5x. Well kept for the price if u get a hot deal. The pace of play is hit or miss... This time was a hit. 4 hrs. Last time was 4hrs thru 10....could use some water jugs on the course...
